He is survived by: his wife Avis May Carr; his son Shane; his grandchildren, Samantha, Brayden and Abigail Curphey; his son Todd (Christina); his grandchildren, Jayssa, Ryan, Adin and Ava Curphey; and his sisters, Sheryl Paulus and Sandee Greene (Garvin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
