She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Mitchell (Bill); her parents, Fred Regnier and Florence Regnier; her siblings, Kenneth, Bobbie Joe, Charles Regnier and Doris Moore; and her nephew Michael Moyer.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Moyer; her stepdaughter Connie Mitchell; and her nieces and nephews, Randy Marley, Kitty Hutchcroft, Patricia Place, Michael Regnier, Dennis Marley, Daniel Moore, Susan Bergmeier, Angela Tarrant, Michelle Marchese, Sean Regnier and Debbie Jones.
