It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Pierce of Belton, Missouri, born in Windsor, Missouri, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Humphrey and Mildred Humphrey (McNutt); her former husband Eugene Dale Bird; and her brother Vernon Humphrey. She is survived by: her husband Don Pierce; her children, Sandra Mattison (Fred) and David Bird; her grandchildren, Crystal Rutledge (Jason) and Korben Peters; her great grandchildren, Zane, Kyah, Ashton, Kaden and Ravyn; and her sister Carol Hansen (Roger). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
