He was predeceased by: his father Aubry "Bunky" Sullivan; and his grandparents, Hazel Sullivan, Olivia Tompkins (Robertson), Clyde, John Robb and Dorthy.
He is survived by: his mother Elaine Robb (Tompkins); his former spouses, Kenneth Robb and Tracy Thomas; his children, Taylor Shane and Olivia Rae; and his wife Ruthie Sullivan (Foss). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that any donations be made to The American Cancer Society to help further research and save lives.
