Jane Duncan Bailey, 81, of Belton, MO passed away December 8, 2021. Private services will be held at a later date. Jane was born November 11, 1946 in Independence, MO. She loved golfing and RVing with her husband, Cecil. Jane enjoyed spending time with family. He was preceded in death by: parents, Cal and Irene Duncan and son, Steve Nutt.
Survivors include: husband, Cecil Bailey; daughter, Carrie (Mike) Morris; son, Ronnie Rey; step-children, Randy (Janice) Bailey, Brenda (David) Winkler; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
