He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antonio Ortega Pena and Leo Otero Pena; his siblings, Mela Gonzales and Johnny Pena (Ramona); his daughter Cindy Wagner (John); his grandchildren, Jacob Wagner (Lyndsey), Sarah Gillispie (Sean), Jacob Lingar (Kristina), Alyssa Wood, Megan Begley (Saul), Zachary Pena, Abigail Mapes (Zane), Katie Roberts, Lauren Roberts, Austin Roberts and Anthony Pena; his great grandchildren, Joshua Wagner, Lana Wagner, Preston Wagner, Maverick Wagner, Kaylyn Gillispie, Kimber Diane Gillispie, Zoey Fabrizio, Desmond Lingar, Samantha Lingar, Madelyn Lingar, Nixon Begley and Prestyn Mapes; his friends, Senecca Marquez of Grants and Dave Christi; his wife Nelda Joy Kelley; and his daughters, Anna and Beth. He was also cherished by his family grow with his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren.
