Newell of Belton, Missouri, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Lee and Maudrey Ivienne Newell (Motes); and his son Herbert "Herbie" Newell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Newell; his daughter Jennifer Smith (Matthew); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Emma Smith; and his siblings, Jimmie Ray Newell, Kennie Lee Newell and Cynthia Darlene Newell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
