He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Sears and Lulu B. Sears (Nelson); and his brother Harry Hartsel Sears. He is survived by: his wife Janice B. Sears; his daughters, Cathy Jury (Pat), Sharon Scheel and Debbie Swisher (Bob); his grandchildren, Melissa Brooks, Kyle Scheel (Kaitlyn), Mark Swisher (Rachel) and Max Jury; his great grandchild Madilyn; and his sister-in-law Loretta Sears.
