He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William C. Payne and Elizabeth L. Nutt; his wife Diane Gail Watts; his son Troy Kueck; his granddaughters, Brook Kueck and Haley Dixson (Daric); and his great grandchildren, Brynley and Maddix.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Sabina Catholic Church (700 Trevis Ave, Belton, MO 64012). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
