He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Decker; his parents, Orval Decker and Clara Decker; and his brothers, Leo Ray Decker and Ronald B Decker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Horner (Melvin Horner) and Dana Harker (James Graves); his grandchildren, Amanda Meyer (Zachary Meyer), Steve Horner, Jessica Harker and Samantha Harker; his great grandchildren, Sidney, Autumn, Mason, Brooklyn, William, Mila and Abby; and his sisters, Barbara Leonard and Dorothy Jean Gillis. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
