He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Squires and Margery Squires. He is survived by: his sons, Adam, Jeremy (Erin) and Donnie (Jeanne); his wife Linda (Williams); his siblings, Brian and Marianne (Michael); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Makenna, Sophie, Brantley, Camden and Landon.

Linda remained by David's side for more than 42 years and throughout his long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease.
