He is survived by: his former wife Mindy Morris; his stepson Shane Rabourn (Lori); his sister Kathielane Myers; his friend Mindy Myers of Raymore, Missouri; his nieces and nephews, Chelsey, Suzzie, Dude, Chance, Kevin, Jasmine, Troy, Trish and Walley; his sister-in-law Lisa Myers of Butler, Missouri.; and also Jeff Munden of Warsaw, Missouri.
