He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Foland and Marie Foland Pratchard; his wife Janet Mae Ballard; and his children, Deborah Martin, Dennis Foland (Laura) and Kristi Anderson (Todd). He was also cherished by six grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
