She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Rodgers and Alma Pearl Rodgers (McClaren); her husband George Addission Burress; her siblings, Dorie Mae Brown (Byron B. Brown), Betty June Stucker, Olen Stewart, Leroy Stucker and Howard Paul Rodgers (Raylene Tavia Truitt); and her nephews, Joseph Anthony Stewart, William Bradley Brown, Howard Shannon Rodgers and Jonathan Glenwood Rodgers.
She is survived by: her sister Connie Lou Stamps (William Gene Stamps); her daughters, Melinda Lou Burress and Brenda June Burress; her grandchildren, James Lee Fauth, Peter Addission Fauth (Gwen Fauth), Tamarah Star Pritchard (Randall Ted Pritchard), Arslan Lucas Afshar and Brendan Richard Hackaday; and her great grandchildren, Cloey Alexis Pritchard, Rebekah Laird, Jennifer Laird and Trent Wells. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
