He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Lee and Barbra Lucille Burkeybile Barlow. He is survived by: his girlfriend Tammy Arbuckle; his children, Ashley Bundridge (Ricky), Billy Lee Barlow (Whitney) and Jerry Barlow (Jenny); his stepsons, Jesse Arbuckle (Kristin), Chris Arbuckle (Danielle) and Will Arbuckle (April); his children, Misty Carter and Randy Carter; his sister Bobbi Phillips (Jon); his aunt Beatrice Shaw; and his uncle Donny Burkeybile. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren.
