He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clarence and Goldie Marie Trollinger Gallaher; and his brothers, Tommie and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Elizabeth "Betty" Russell; his children, Rick "Charlotte" Gallaher, John "Loretta" Gallaher of Belleview, Sue Gallaher "Denise Bach" of St. Charles, MO, Bill "Colleen" Gallaher of Farmington, Randy "Karen" Gallaher of Brighton, IL and Charles "Melissa" Gallaher of Tampa, FL.; his sister Marcia Trokey of Farmington; his grandchildren, Chuck, T. J., Tabby, Sissy, Robbie, Brandie, Harley, Josie, Sam, Zachary, Ethan, Ben, Annie, Chuckie, Nate and Kaity; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Addison, Eternity, Avery, Ada, Ellie, Ben, Easton, Holden, Corbin, Carter, Brinley, Harvey, MIra, Katilyn, Hunter and Joey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
