He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lee and Kerry; his siblings-in-law, Jack Land, Rick Keith and Valerie Price; and his parents-in-law, Jack and Bertia Keith.

He is survived by: his wife Sheila Darlene (Keith); his children, Sarah Rawson of Farmington and Jack "Cody" Davis (Elsa) of Fredericksburg, Virginia.; his siblings, Carl Davis (Brenda) of Afton, Daniel Davis (Debbie) of Las Vegas, Larry Davis of St. Louis, Becky Jenkerson (James) of Park Hills, Beverly Land of St. Peters and Melinda Bradley of Afton, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Zayden Rawson, Caden Davis and Matthew Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Doris Keith and Lester Price (Cathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
