He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McKinnis and Mae McKinnis (Payne); and his siblings, Charles McKinnis III and Gloria Jean McKinnis. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Barbara Isringhaus; his niece Diana DeClue (Jeff) of Hillsboro, MO; his great-nieces, Alesha Loveless (Caleb) and Katie Gallaway; and also, Aubrey, Natalie and Tatum.
