With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Eugene Nie of Belle, Missouri, who passed away on June 23, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joseph and Talytha Pauline Nie (Woemmel); his wife Dorothy Hammack; and his sons-in-law, Rick Massey and Douglas Kit Withouse.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol Sue Withouse (Massey); his grandchildren, Josh Withouse (Robbi), Jeri Nelson and Brenda Wieberg; his great grandchildren, Samantha Salters, Taylor Withouse, Kitley, Kaden Nelson and Chase Buddemeyer; his great great grandchild Sutton; his brother Donald Nie (Jane); his niece Amy Jones (Lucas); his nephew Danny Nie (Robin); his great-nieces, Mea Jones, Aurora Pfeiffer and Victoria Pfeiffer; and his great-nephew Dalton Jones. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
