He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cook; his children, Andy Martin (Tiffany) of Belle and Kim Martin of Ft. Collins; his sister Phyllis Hayes (Danny) of Union; and his granddaughter Josie Martin. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
