He is survived by: his brother John (Debbie Lewis) of West Plains; his children, Kurt Lewis of Cabool, Sean (Jesse Lewis) of Lawrence, KS, Ronda Rountree of Lawrence, KS and April (Shawn Muenks) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Clarissa (Josh Sommers), Jasmine (Dusty Tyler), Danielle Rountree, Lynzee Rountree and Lilly Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Paighten Marvin, Hayes Tyler and Ruby Faye Ruth Tyler. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
