She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond H. Williams and Myrtle Williams (Jones); her husband Joseph Arvin; her sons, Donald Williams and Timmy Powell; her brother Raymond Eugene Williams; and her nephew Steven Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Powell of Belle, Jeff (Robin Powell) of Imperial, Tonya (James Riden) of Belle, Tommy Powell of Imperial and Andy Arvin of Bowling Green; and her nephews, Raymond WiIliams of Barnhart and Paul Williams of St. Louis. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
