He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie C. Feeler and Beatrice C. Feeler (Ballance); his parents-in-law, Wendall and Wanda Haddox; his brothers-in-law, Arthur Hance of Vichy and Edward Brown of Owensville; and his nephew Troy Feeler of Belle.
He is survived by: his spouse Connie S. Haddox; his niece Tina; his great grandchild Desmond Roach of Mt. Sterling; his siblings, Ladair Feeler (Joyce) of Belle, Llona Hance of Vichy and Elmer Schulte (Norma) of Owensville; and his sister-in-law Sharon Brown of Owensville. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and dear friends.
