He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his son Michael (Mike); his granddaughter Cherrish (Punkin); his siblings, Alice Cox and Donnie Reed; his nieces, Debbie Carwile and Brenda Bethune; his nephew Chucky; his children, David Reed and Debbie Burnett (Chris); his grandchildren, Paige, Taylor, Brody, Sebastian, Skyler, Quintin, Tyler, Theresa, Colton, Trenton and Shayla; his great grandchild Brystal; and his sisters, Audrey Perkins (Don) and Verna Butler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, and many friends.
