It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Harold Palmer of Belle, Missouri, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on April 21, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Leroy and Idress Claudine Palmer (Wilson); and his brother John Leroy Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Manroe; his pets, Abby, Leo, Marty and Opie; his son Jeremy Palmer (Jillian); his granddaughters, Evelyn and Norah of Lee's Summit; his sister Mildred Briand of Shawnee Mission, KS; his nephew Aaron Palmer (Kim) of Blue Springs, MO; his nieces, Heather Smith (Ian) of Seattle, WA and Tracy Canton of Shawnee Mission, KS; and his stepsons, Dreau Newman of Kansas City and Ed Saunders of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of James Harold Palmer.
