It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Barbour Baldwin of Belle, Missouri, born in Front Royal, Virginia, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barbour Baldwin, Sr. and Margaurite Baldwin (Elliott). He is survived by: his wife Joan Heimann; his sons, James Barbour Baldwin, III (Mary) of Labadie, David Elliott Baldwin of Pacific and Patrick Lee Baldwin of St. Louis; and his grandsons, David Baldwin, Zachary Baldwin and James Barbour Baldwin IV. He is also survived by three great grandchildren as well as many extended family members and friends.
