He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Mary A. Stulce (Stockton); his son Tony Clark; his former wife Peggy Stulce (Clark); and his sisters, Mary Jane, Janet and Janey.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Ramsey; his children, Penny Bailey (Neal) of St. Peters, Tanya Welch (John) of High Gate, Teresa Wolf (Tim) of Ironton and Todd Stulce (Linda) of Newberg; his stepchildren, Tim Ramsey (Jen) of Rolla, Dusty Woodfin (Jeremiah) of Belle and Johnny Ramsey of Fenton; and his great great grandchild Robert Leo King IV. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
