He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Seba and Hazel Seba (Hicks); his former wife Delores Duncan; his daughters, Nakita Tackett and Melody Gagliardo; and his brother Clifford "Junior" Seba.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hamilton of California; his son Kurt Seba of Belle; his grandchildren, Travis Tackett of St. James, Briana Tackett of Rolla, Robbie Gagliardo of Belle, Shonda Gagliardo of Belle, Cory Seba of Belle and Jason Seba of Belle; his great grandchildren, Logan Green of Bowling Green, Peyton Gagliardo of Belle, Bryson Glenn of Belle and Hayden Fann of Belle; and his close friends, Gary Picker and Kenny Parowski.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
