She was predeceased by: her parents, Earvin Shirley and Nettie B. Shirley (Byrd); her husband Tommy Pendleton of Belle; and her siblings, Charles Shirley and Glenna Hurst.
She is survived by: her former husband Fred Edwards; her daughters, Carla McKinney (Rick) of Owensville and BrendaLeigh Guffey (Kevin) of Belle; her stepchildren, Bryan Pendleton (Amy) of Rolla and Penny Burton; her stepgranddaughter Torrie Rhoads (Amos) of Belle; her grandchildren, Molly Puente (Jamie Tyler), Blaine McKinney, Miles McKinney, Wade Guffey (Logan) and Madeline; and her great grandchildren, Brock Guffey, Quinton Reed, Kyrie Woistman, Carson and Vada Faye Rhoads.
