He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Cook and Ruby Cook (Jett); his siblings, Gary and Kathleen; and his grandparents, Martin, Josephine Cook (Duke) of Belle, John and Rilda Jett (Thompson) of Bland.
He is survived by: his wife Lourea Crum; his son Christopher Cook; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his grandsons, Joshua Cook (Jordan), Andrew Cook (Hannah) and Bradley Cook; his great grandchildren, Alex and Charis Cook of Columbia; his sisters, Marsha Land (Sam) of Jefferson City and Janet Kottwitz (Gene); and his sister-in-law Bessie Cook of Belle.
Memorial donations are suggested to be made to the Building Fund at First Baptist Church in Belle or Little Flock Baptist Church in Vienna.
