He is survived by: his children, Tracy Cook of Belle, Mark Vaughn of Cooper Hill, Tina Palmer (Frank) of Ringwood, OK and Debbie Voss of Goltry; his siblings, Greg Cook of Belle, Cora Steen of Summerfield and Brenda Martin of Vienna; his close friend Shelby Michel of Belle; and his former wife Lela Cook. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
