He was predeceased by: his daughter Trish Robinson; his parent Elizabeth Robinson; and his siblings, Coleen Robinson, Mary Shearns, Bobbie Ross and Willie Gene Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Bessie Gross; his children, Zadric Lee Gipson, Shekeela Talana Robinson-Purvis (Marvin) of Sikeston, Missouri, Causie Lee Robinson, Jr. of Miner, Missouri and Brian Jarrell Robinson of Saint Louis, Missouri; and his siblings, Major Robinson, Jr., Edward Robinson of Sikeston, Donnel Robinson of Sacramento, Anthony Robinson of Lawrence, Kansas, Dorothy Robinson (Leonard) of Sikeston, Annie Jones of Kansas City, Betty Long of Kansas City, Rosa Robinson of Kansas City, Susan Robinson of Kansas City, Marsha Robinson-Davis (Derrick) of Kansas City and Bonnie Robinson of Suffolk, Virginia. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
