He is survived by: his children, Robert Rugh, Jr. (Jennifer) of Potosi, Terry Rugh (Crystal) of Utah and Amy Lands (Sam) of Belgrade; his siblings, Betty Rugh of Ironton and Lawrence Rugh of Ironton; his grandsons, James and Daniel Lands; his wife Marjorie Rugh; and his siblings, William Thomas Rugh and Mary Jo Garrison. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
