She is survived by: her husband James R. Nipper; her children, Davy Skaggs (Carol), Richard Skaggs (Connie), Vickie Piercy (Richard), Eddie Nipper (Melinda) and Elsie Nipper; and her grandchildren, Shawn King (Giles), James Skaggs, Kerry Klein (Kristen), Richard Jr. Skaggs (Kimberly), Christopher Skaggs (Sarah), Sabreena Clewett (Taz), Eddie Nipper Jr., Christina, Amber, Wesley, Ann, Joseph and Summer Nipper. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family.
