He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvel Allen and Lula Mathis Allen. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Lillian Rathbone; his daughters, Sarah Christine Bloch, Barbara (Earl Cary), Roberta (Neal Nelson) and Betsy Lee Kitson (Jerry Jenkins); and his sisters, Betty Jo Anderson, Audrey Dotson and Linda Murphey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
