She was predeceased by: her father George Small (Rachel); her husband Roger Bay; her mother Rachel Small; her son Joshua Bay; her siblings, Scott Small and Georgia Bailey; and her nephew Tyler Bailey.
She is survived by: her sons, Ryan Bay (Jamie Soto) of Beaufort and Jared Bay (Alanna Bradley) of New Haven; and her siblings, James Small (Linda) of Robertsville, Gary Small of Dittmer, Craig Small (Jessica) of Union, Liz Tesson (Mark) of Troy, Kathy Strode (David) of Dittmer and Lisa Ferguson (Virgil) of Troy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
