He was predeceased by: his brother Bill Hays. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hays of Beaufort; his sons, Timothy Hays of Beaufort and Randall Hays of Cape Girardeau; his siblings, Norman Hays of San Diego, Shirley Roberts of Colorado, Beverly Kathriner (Frank) of Cedar Hill and Monna McFarland (Mike) of Pacific; and his grandsons, Brendan Hays of Washington, Landon Hays of Cape Girardeau and Austin Hays of Beaufort. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
