She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dale and Dorothy Dale (Huff). She is survived by: her husband Larry Robert Cooper; her daughters, Dr. Jennifer A. Cooper-Lewis (Nicholas) and Jessica R. Cooper; and her grandchildren, Madison Ruth and Dylan Lee. She is also survived by her siblings, nieces and nephews.
