He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Dick, Sr. and Charlotte Dick (May); and his sister Charlotte Mary. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Puent; his children, Christopher Dick (Kira) of Boliver, MO, Jennifer Schatzer (Douglas), Lindsey McLaughlin (Matthew) and Amanda Rosenstengel (Jeramy); his grandchildren, Brody, Caleb, Abigail, Cassian Dick, Warren, Silas Schatzer, Elijah, Lucas McLaughlin, Aubriana and Journie Rosenstengel; his sister Mary Keutzer (Wayne) of Creighton, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas Gudenkauf (Elizabeth), Connie Wheeler (Ralph), Kay Murray (Matthew) and Teresa Duncan (Steven). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and sister.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Missouri Conservation Department or Boy Scouts of America, Ozark Trails Council.
