He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph "Dusty" Rhoads and Betty Rhoads (Bates). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Don Pearcy (Jackie) and Misty Rhoads; and his stepchildren, Kristi DePee (Aaron), Teresa Loudis (Ted) and Alan Williams (Tabby).
