He is survived by: his wife Karen Miller (Summers); his daughters, Vicki Alphin (Chad) of Maynard, AR, Angie Frump (Michael) of Bolckow, MO and Brandy Sewell (Trent) of Poteau, OK; his grandchildren, Marcus Alphin (Megann), Chesney Sewell and Addison Frump; his great grandchildren, Aurora and Charlotte; his stepmother Helen Miller of Blue Springs; and his sisters, Shelia Heriford, Sandy Cole and Linda Scassellati. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
