She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shelley and Ruth Shelley (Robinson); her daughter Phyllis Diane; her husband Jim Cogan; her siblings, Lois Hayes, Lloyd Shelley, Carl Shelley and Glenn Shelley; and her son-in-law Richard Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Glen Cogan (Dorothy) of Odessa, MO, Joy Wilson of Bates City and Tim Cogan (Sandy) of Bates City. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
