She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sons, Nick and Tom (Catherine); her grandchildren, Charlotte and Henry; her mother Pebble Murray (Kinney); and her siblings, Doug Kinney (Yvette), Debbie Whitsitt (Bruce) and Claude (Jessica).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Missouri River Relief, host of the MR340, where Cindy served as the official photographer since the river race's inception in 2006.
