He is survived by: his children, Robert S. Foster of St. Louis, MO, William R. Foster (Rosie) of Webster Groves, MO, Katie C. LaMar (Cody) of Hillsboro, MO and Jasen L. Brown (Mandee) of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Miabella, Evan and Jacob; his close friend Joyce Ebert; and also Joey.
