She was predeceased by: her parent Robert Francis Ditmeyer. She is survived by: her spouse Darrell Castillo; her parent Loleta Fay; her siblings, Barb Lindsey (Larry), Dan Ditmeyer (Jackie), Jerry Ditmeyer, Darlene Smalley (Rich) and Karen Farmer (Greg); and her nieces and nephews, Angie Grassmuck, Amber Hutsler, Kimberly Smalley, Richie Smalley, Drew Whaley, Holly Whaley, Erin, Jordan, Cameron, Kayleigh, Rylan, Colton, Coraleigh, Liam and Paisley.
In lieu of flowers memorial donation's in Mary Kay's honor may be made to Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Cancer Research Institute or to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
