She is survived by: her husband Billy Mitchell; her son-in-law Jeffrey Herl of Barnhart, Missouri; her brother Donald Chappell of Atlanta, Georgia; and her children, Billy Mitchell Jr. and Brenda Lavonne Herl. She is also survived by four Grandchildren and by Ten Great-grandchildren; also by other relatives and friends.
