He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Baldwin and Marie Baldwin; his sons, Leroy Baldwin and Thomas Job Baldwin; and his sisters, Janie and Sarah.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Baldwin; his sons, Ronnie Baldwin (Chrissy), Don Baldwin (Dawn) and Herb Baldwin (Melissa); and his siblings, Mugs, Lloyd, Richard and Judy. He is also survived by grandchildren, multiple great grandchildren.
