She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas C. Mungenast Sr.; her children, Mary Kirschling (Richard) of Virginia, Thomas C. Mungenast Jr. (Joyce) and Gayle Elzinga (Russell); her grandchildren, Brian Kirschling (Jennifer), Joseph Kirschling (Angie), Kelly Steinbach, Carrie Trammell (Stephen), Lauren Deickmann (Tom), Thomas Mungenast III, Brandon Elzinga (Heather) and Ashley Mohr; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Grace Kirschling, Haedyn Steinbach, Ryan, Emily Trammell, Noah, Samuel Dieckmann, Leighton Mungenast and Natalie Elzinga.

The family requests any contributions be made to Lutheran Senior Services Hospice.
