She is survived by: her husband Charles Allen Smith Jr. (Chuck); her children, Casey Smith (Amanda), Stacey Lynn Smith and Kevin Farris; her grandchildren, Tanner Snyder, Bentley Smith, Conner Snyder and Tenley Farris; her siblings, Peter Yarbourgh (Sheila), Chris Yarbourgh (Sara) and Tina Yarbourgh (Ken Pope); her sisters-in-law, Jennifer Bellinger (Brian) and Jamie Harsch (Scott); and her parents-in-law, Charles Allen Smith Sr. and Linda Louisa Smith.
