He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Karl Dibbert Sr and Leah Ruth Dibbert (Isaacs); and his former wife Susan Jean Dibbert (Fatch). He is survived by: his wife Carla Marie Dibbert (Barnett); his children, Rachel Dibbert and David Dibbert (Kathy); and his stepdaughters, Michelle Cascio (Steve), Chris Talley and Anna Mangin. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
